Blog Entry: Well call me a liar, I managed to get online last night for only one game on poker stars.  Ended up being worthwhile as I came in a strong second.  In truth was a bit of a bad beat.  We are down to the final two I have roughly 7k in chips and so does my opponent.  We had been going back and forth with the lead not really changing hands so I decided to be more aggressive to obtain the initiative and als othe first place.  I get q 10 of hearts and think sod it, I'll raise.  I raise to 1800 and get call - fair enough heads up.  The flop comes Q 10 10, I atthis point am thinking 'let the good times roll' and check.  My oppo bets 1800, now I am think what has he got, maybe a piar of Aces or kings etc...So I re-raise all in, get called.  What has he got a bloody pair of Queens.  Gutted I was.  Ok, I know people get pairs all the time but with a flop like that it is reasonable to assume you are gonna win the hand with a full house.  Did I play it wrong, could I have played it differently????Having said that I was pleased wit ha second place as it cememnts my stack in the upward spiral.
